As we begin our 36th consecutive summer, Middle States Soccer
Camp is again offering 4 weeks of unique sessions. All sessions are COED. There will be a specific
theme each week:
Our GOALSCORING/SPECIALIZED GOALKEEPING
SESSION emphasizes playing in the final third and finishing:
- July
19-23 at Westtown School in Westtown, PA.
Our SKILL ENHANCEMENT SESSION is for players who wish to concentrate on individual development:
- July 26-30 at Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD.
Our ADVANCED PLAYER/GOALKEEPER SESSION is an intense, demanding program for boys and girls, many of whom have
aspirations to play in college:
- August 2-6 at Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA.
Our PRE-SEASON
TRAINING SESSION is an excellent opportunity to get ready for the
fall season:
- August 9-13 at Westtown School in Westtown, PA.
Our
recently appointed Director
of Coaching is Peter Mehlert, who is recognized as one of the premier coaches in the United States. He was the most successful men's soccer coach in the history of American University, where he compiled a record of 194-122-38 from 1972-1991.
In 1985 he took American to the NCAA finals and was named Division 1 National Coach of the Year. In 1990, he led the AU women's team to an 11-3-1 record, the best in the program's history. Pete will be directly in charge of all training and staff assignments at every Middle States site this summer.
Our Site
Directors are Matt
Zipin, Boys Soccer Coach at Germantown Friends School (Philadelphia, PA); Brian Derrickson, Boys and Girls Soccer Coach at Middletown High

We are excited about the 2009 season

having you with us.
